She has titled other posts “How to identify an ‘Israeli’ owned restaurant” and “Los Angeles or ‘Tel Aviv’?!”
Dunaetz, who referred to herself at a “Leftist Karen” in another clip, states in her TikTok bio that she’s an LA native who “studied in Palestine” in 2017.

“I have no comment,” she said, before hanging up on a reporter.
Couplet Coffee owner Skolnick identifies herself a “proud queer woman and coffee lover” on the company’s website while making no mention of Israel.
“I’ve been obsessed with coffee since I was 13 but I always felt intimidated by specialty coffee,” she wrote. “I started Couplet in order to bring the love and joy of great-tasting, specialty coffee to the masses.”
She first started selling her unique blend of coffee online in 2022 and finally opened a shop in LA in 2025, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Couplet has five locations throughout Southern California, including outposts in West Hollywood, Echo Park and Santa Monica.
