Part of the Time Warner Center was evacuated Thursday for the second time this week over suspicious packages — which turned out to be full of toys, sources said.

Two gift-wrapped boxes were left on top of a garbage pail on the third floor in The Shops at Columbus Circle, prompting an evacuation, sources told The Post.

Images posted on Twitter show packs of people evacuating on escalators. The Landmarc Restaurant inside the Time Warner Center was also reportedly cleared out.

But the area was deemed safe about a half hour later — when investigators realized the parcels were filled with toy cars.

The building, which houses CNN’s Manhattan headquarters, was evacuated Wednesday after a package containing a bomb, addressed to former CIA Director John Brennan, was found in the mailroom.
