A school-bus driver celebrating a friend’s birthday at a Times Square bar was killed yesterday morning after a scuffle over a girl.

Eliot Paulino, 25, of Yonkers, was stabbed twice in the chest outside the Playwright Tavern on West 49th Street at 3:20 a.m.

Cops ID’d his attacker on video and were searching for him yesterday.
