A Times Square Cookie Monster was busted for groping a teenage girl, police said.

Ranulfo Perez, 48, of Passaic, N.J. was giving a hug to a 16-year-old girl in front of Toys R Us on Broadway at around 5:30 p.m. Sunday when he allegedly grabbed her breast, according to police.

He was arrested Monday morning and charged with forcible touching and harassment.

The incident was the latest of sordid tales from the infamous costume characters who have plagued Times Square.

A different Cookie Monster was arrested in 2013 after shoving a 2-year-old boy.
