A Times Square panhandler dressed as Olaf the snowman from the hit Disney movie “Frozen” was arraigned Monday in Manhattan court for having a meltdown after a tourist gave him a paltry $1 tip.

Ronald Mestanza, 41, allegedly berated the woman around 4 p.m. Sunday after she posed with him for a photograph, then gave him the buck in front of 1514 Broadway.

The snowman angrily demanded $20 from the tourist, according to the criminal complaint.

“She offered to pay the defendant $1, but the defendant repeated, multiple times, that the victim owed him $20,” the complaint states.

He became so heated that the rattled tourist flagged down a cop, and Mestanza was arrested for misdemeanor aggressive panhandling.

He later insisted to police that he never demanded the hefty tip.

“That’s not true, I didn’t ask for that,” he told cops, according to prosecutors.

Mestanza was released without bail and is due back in court Sept. 15.
