A Times Square Spider-Man was accused of holding a kid to hostage Tuesday to get a $10 tip from his dad — the second time in less than a week that a costumed panhandler wound up in cuffs.

Jose Aguin, 29, of Passaic, NJ, became the latest comic-book hero to switch sides and join the Legion of Super-Villains when he allegedly ran amok near the corner of West 46th Street and Broadway around 11:45 a.m.

The NYPD said Aguin posed for a picture with the 13-year-old boy but then grabbed hold of the kid and wouldn’t let go when the teen tried to walk away.

The wannabe wall-crawler demanded $10 from the boy’s father before getting busted by a cop who witnessed the incident, police said.

Aguin, who has no criminal record, was awaiting arraignment on a charge of aggressive panhandling.

Last week, panhandler Jose Esaclona-Martinez, who was dressed as Batman, was busted for allegedly snatching a $50 bill from an Irish tourist’s wallet as she was tipping him for posing for a photo.

Tourist Damian Moran, whose kids posed for photos with a Mickey Mouse, a Minnie Mouse and a different Spider-Man on Tuesday evening, said he was outraged by Aguin’s alleged actions.

“It’s one thing if [the costumed characters] ask to take the picture, but holding my kids? Touching my kids? That is totally wrong,” fumed Moran, 27.

A bus-tour ticket agent said that both Monday and Tuesday were “slow” days at the Crossroads of the World, adding that might be why Aguin was allegedly “acting so aggressive.”
