The man accused of dragging and choking a laundromat worker during a Queens robbery was arrested after an anonymous tipster recognized his photo and called police, cops said.

Dontae Bennett, 21, was busted around 10 p.m. Tuesday on a slew of charges, including criminal obstruction of breathing, in connection with the Jan. 7 assault, cops said Tuesday night.

The 50-year-old woman was working inside Family Laundromat on Jamaica Avenue in Woodhaven around 9:30 a.m. when Bennett approached her. He allegedly punched her several times before dragging her to the bathroom and choking her until she was unconscious, police said.

He then fled on foot with the victim’s cellphone, police reported Monday night.

Bennett, from Brooklyn, was also charged with robbery, unlawful imprisonment, assault and trespassing, according to authorities. He is due to appear before a judge on Wednesday.
