He’s no James Bond.

Port Authority cops yesterday busted a New Jersey biker who allegedly used a license plate rigged to vanish in order to avoid paying the toll on the George Washington Bridge.

Officer Christopher Terranova collared Alexander Chianurashvili, 29, of Cliffside Park — a former Israeli soldier and mixed martial- arts fighter — as he drove a motorcycle to New York at about 6 p.m.

The plate was rigged to drop down so cameras could not read the plate numbers, said PA spokesman Al Della Fave.

Chianurashvili bought the device on the Internet for $75 and had used it at least a dozen times to avoid tolls, Della Fave said.

Last November, a Florida man was also nabbed by PA police trying to use a similar device purchased on the Internet to skip paying the toll on the bridge.
