The actress has been sued for the second time this month over a water leak at her posh Greenwich Village apartment.

In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Timothy Jebara said a leak from the Oscar winner’s 11th floor apartment in September 2010 caused “substantial property damage” to his ninth-floor unit. The star was sued by three insurance companies earlier this month.
