They’re talking truce.
The Katie Holmes-Tom Cruise divorce may not play out in court after all — as attorneys from both sides negotiate a full divorce settlement.
Most of the agreement has to do with the couple’s daughter, 6-year-old Suri — including custody, visitation and child support, TMZ reported. They’re also negotiating what to do with their property.
Holmes and Cruise were scheduled to face a Family Court judge on July 17, according to E! Online.
But unless negotiations fall apart, there are no plans for them to ever reach the courtroom.
Yesterday, Holmes was spotted rushing to her lawyer’s Midtown office.
