Delta, KLM and Lufthansa airlines were hit with a $6 million Manhattan federal suit yesterday by the widower of an ailing Bronx woman who couldn’t get a flight home from Hungary after officials said she was too fat for their planes.

Janos Soltesz’s wife, Vilma, a 425-pound amputee, died at age 56 of diabetes-related complications on Oct. 24. The airlines didn’t return requests for comment.
