No, he’s not running — at least not this year.

But Cuomo is billed as the special guest at an “Artists for Obama” cash bash next Wednesday at Manhattan’s Lever House.

Tickets for the fund-raiser start at $250 per person.

For $50,000, donors can get a limited-edition portrait of President Obama by artist Chuck Close, who’s hosting the party with Milly and Arne Glimcher and Dorothy Lichtenstein — widow of pop artist Roy Lichtenstein.

Cuomo will be the biggest political name there.
