Flight delays and the price of plane tickets are the two most enraging aspects of air travel for metro-area fliers — even beating out frustrating security and baggage checks, a survey has found.

At least 95 percent of passengers gripe that airfares are too high, and 92 percent say flight delays need to be reduced immediately, according to a study by the Regional Plan Association, A transportation advocacy group.
