A lawyer at a top Manhattan firm claims his ex-lover was pretty heartless while he suffered with life-threatening cardiac issues, siphoning off half a million dollars of his money, according to court papers.

International corporate lawyer Barry M. Fox, who serves as senior counsel at the white-shoe firm Cleary, Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, says former girlfriend Malla K. Perry took the cash while he was delirious from an infection and recovering from heart surgery, according to a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit.

Perry also allegedly booted Fox from an East 90th Street co-op they bought together, and has been taking the rental income from their joint properties in Helsinki and Florida for herself, Fox charges. Perry could not be reached.
