A former model is suing famed photographer Peter Beard for allegedly peddling a picture of her posing topless at age 17.

Fayel Tall’s suit, filed yesterday in Manhattan federal court, accuses the lensman of violating a 10-year contract that expired last year by continuing to market her “very sought-after” and “iconic” image — one copy of which recently fetched nearly $104,000 at auction.

Tall wants more than $1 million in damages — and says in the filing that, despite having appeared in “international fashion magazines” and a Janet Jackson video, she is now “destitute.”
