A Westchester dad fighting for custody of his 2-year-old son wants the Manhattan Family Court referee on the case removed because she’s taking too long to make a decision.

Wells Fargo broker Gary Seckendorf, 52, sued referee Marva Burnett saying she’s twice called in sick and left one motion pending for 474 days — almost eight times the two-month limit, according to his Manhattan Supreme Court filing.

Seckendorf has been battling the baby’s mom, Leslie Feld, 44, for custody of their son Jack since May 2011.

Burnett, empowered to hear cases and order decisions like a judge, has ignored his letters about the delay, said Seckendorf’s lawyer, Peter Tilem.

Burnett declined to comment.
