Prosecutors dropped charges yesterday against a Harlem father who dropped his infant son and then failed to take him to the doctor for several days, causing him permanent blindness.

Recco Dudley, 26, dropped his baby, Royalty, last year. Manhattan prosecutors said there was a lack of evidence.
