The Queens baby sitter who allegedly was zonked out on NyQuil while a 11-month-old child in her care drowned is facing a civil lawsuit on top of pending criminal charges.

The mother of James Farrior III, who fell into a bucket of water and drowned in June 2009 while Kristal Khan, 28, was supposed to be watching him, filed suit last week in Queens Supreme Court seeking unspecified damages.
