The crazed Queens woman who allegedly tossed a baby 70 feet to his death appeared to be in a daze after her arrest, bizarrely claiming “the woman doesn’t feed me,” according to a police statement read in court.

“I’m confused, I don’t understand, I never hurt anyone before,” Xai Qui Cai, 53, told cops.

“The woman doesn’t feed me.”

The suspect was held without bail yesterday.
