An Italian woman was mugged and sexually assaulted after exiting a subway station in Brooklyn, cops said Wednesday.

The 38-year-old was walking up the station stairs at the Bergen Street Station at the corner of Warren Street and Smith Street in Boerum Hill after taking the G train just before midnight Monday, cops said.

She told police a man came up from behind her and grabbed her groin and breasts. He then pushed her down the stairs, taking her purse.

He fled west on Warren Street toward Court Street.

The man, who was described as being between 18 and 25, got away with $200 and her Italian driver’s license. She refused medical treatment.
