A Florida couple is suing after a ruff encounter with an Upper East Sider’s dog.

Peter and Maxine Dampf were strolling in Manhattan last year when they encountered Nancy Grutschus, who was walking her Wirehaired Pointing Griffon, according to court papers.

Peter Dampf says he was “viciously attacked” and bitten by the pooch, he claims in the Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit.

Grut­schus did not return a message.
