AVALON, NJ — State environmental regulators think one town may be doing something a bit smelly in its effort to control skunks.

Officials in Avalon have been capturing and moving skunks.

The Division of Fish and Wildlife wants to know where they are being taken, because a permit is needed to move wildlife.
