Bronx families suffering from cancer that they blame on a long-shuttered toxic dump have the right to tell their stories to jurors, an appellate court ruled yesterday.

The decision green-lights seven of nine lawsuits filed against the city over the 81-acre Pelham Bay Landfill, which the Department of Sanitation operated from 1963 to 1978.
