A 62-year-old Manhattan man survived being shoved onto the Times Square subway tracks early yesterday by a vagrant who was visibly intoxicated, police said.
The victim was waiting for a Brooklyn-bound No. 3 train when Andrew Lesey, 29, and a third man began arguing at 4:55 a.m.
The victim said Lesey struck him while yelling, “Get away from me!”
Lesey was charged with assault and reckless endangerment.
