The mother of a 9-year-old Bronx boy who died after choking during lunch at his public school intends to sue the city, her lawyer said.

Angela Jewth’s only son, Jonathan Jewth, choked at PS 47 on Dec. 5 and died a week later at Jacobi Medical Center.

Jewth said the school didn’t tell her enough when it happened.
