An auxiliary police chief fatally mowed down a pedestrian yesterday outside a Chinatown station house, cops said.

Shuck Seid, 85, was pulling his NYPD van out of a parking spot on Elizabeth Street in front of the Fifth Precinct station house at 11:11 a.m. when he accidentally stepped on the gas and slammed into Kok Hoe Tee, 55, and an unmarked police car, cops and witnesses said.

Tee was rushed to New York Downtown Hospital, where he died.

Seid, a volunteer with the unit since 1969, passed a Breathalyzer test after the crash, cops said.
