The driver who survived a horrific crash that claimed the lives of three young camp counselors from Long Island — including her own brother — was released from the hospital yesterday afternoon.

Justine Mulhall, 20, was driving a 2010 Honda Civic Thursday morning when she suddenly veered off the Meadowbrook Parkway in Roosevelt and smashed into a tree.

The impact killed her brother, Michael Mulhall, 22, and two sisters, Paige Malone, 19, and Jamie Malone, 22.

Another passenger, Kelly Murphy, 20, remains in critical but stable condition.
