Travelers were freaking out Thursday at JFK Airport after a restaurant fire sent smoke billowing throughout a terminal, officials said.
The blaze started around 3:30 p.m. inside a Panda Express in Terminal 4, according to Port Authority Police.
Emergency crews were spotted rushing to the scene as people scrambled to avoid the smoke.
The fire was eventually extinguished without any evacuations.
No injuries were reported and passengers were able to board their planes without any problems.
