A tree fell on a bus carrying special-needs children in Queens, but no one was hurt, officials said.
The bus was rolling along Woodhaven Boulevard near 67th Avenue in Rego Park when the tree collapsed and landed on it around 7:55 a.m.
The eight children and three adults on board were not injured. The kids were taken to Elmhurst Hospital as a precaution, police said.
The bus sustained minor damage. It’s not clear what caused the tree to fall.
