A suspect set to face trial for robbing a Brooklyn electronics store walked out of court a free man yesterday after the key witness told prosecutors he just saw the “real” robber walking down the street.

Michael Taylor, 50, was about to stand trial in Brooklyn Supreme Court for a 2009 robbery of a Bensonhurst Radio Shack, when the case against him fell apart.

The lone eyewitness to identify Taylor, who was incarcerated pending the trial, told an assistant district attorney that on his way to court, he saw the man who robbed the store walking on Jay Street.
