The gynecologist accused of sexually abusing dozens of patients is headed for trial July 6, a federal judge said Thursday.

Ex-Columbia University doctor Robert Hadden, 62, was charged in September with sexually abusing six patients.

The feds stepped in after Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. let Hadden walk in 2016 with a stunningly lenient no-jail plea deal, outraging dozens of victims, including former presidential candidate Andrew Yang’s wife.

Hadden pleaded guilty to a criminal sex act and forcible touching in connection to two victims, and state prosecutors agreed not to pursue charges related to 20 additional known accusers.

Defense lawyer Isabelle Kirschner revealed for the first time in a September hearing that the disgraced doctor got the slap on the wrist after state prosecutors were allegedly caught red-handed withholding evidence.

Kirschner, who negotiated the 2016 sweetheart plea deal, has been trying to get off the federal case and get a court-appointed attorney for her client.

But US District Judge Richard Berman won’t accept what he described as a “handwritten, incomplete, unsigned, unsworn to” document that Hadden provided claiming poverty.

Hadden, who is free on a $1 million bond, has agreed to find an accountant to prepare a certified report of his finances.
