The Tribeca building that went up in flames Friday evening had three unresolved fire-safety violations dating back eight months.

The commercial building at the corner of Murray and Church streets was slapped with the infractions for failing to provide a fire-alarm system and appropriate fire exits or not installing fire-resistant material in the basement where club Remix was located, according to documents.

The violations totaling $4,800 were handed to 27 Park Place LLC, which is listed as the owner, on Jan. 21, 2017.

Just before 7 p.m. Friday, flames quickly spread to the roof of the five-story building, blowing out windows on one of the upper floors.

A total 50 units and 250 firefighters responded to the six-alarm inferno that sent 12 Bravest to Bellevue Hospital with minor injuries.

The cause of the fire has yet to be determined, fire officials said.
