A city sanitation worker — and father of two young girls — was killed on the job yesterday when he was struck by a milk truck in Queens.

Frank Justich, 41, a talented artist who sketched residents he had befriended on his route, died at Mount Sinai Hospital of Queens a short time after the 7:30 a.m. accident in Astoria.

Police said the driver was making a turn from 35th Street onto Ditmars Boulevard when he hit Justich, who had just finished emptying a bin. The driver was not charged.
