A knife-wielding man went berserk at a luxury Upper West Side high-rise owned by Donald Trump, police said.

The man, whose name was not released, squabbled with his family in an apartment in the 52-story Trump International and Tower on Central Park West near West 60th Street at around noon, cops said. A resident called 911, and after a brief standoff, cops busted the armed man.
