Porn star Stormy Daniels took the stand at former President Donald Trump’s “hush money” trial in NewYork on Wednesday — a pivotal moment in the case.

Daniels described their alleged sexual encounter, at times in so much detail that Judge Juan Merchan scolded the prosecution, saying the nitty gritty was “unnecessary.”

The former president and presumptive 2024 GOP nominee has pleaded not guilty to 34 counts of falsifying business records related to the $130,000 payment made to Daniels ahead of the 2016 election.

"So this was a very bg day, a very revealing day as you see their case is totally falling apart," he told reporters during a more than three-minute spiel.

"They have nothing on books and records and even something that should bare very little relationship to the case," Trump added of prosecutors. "It's just a disaster for the DA, the Soros-backed disaster. This whole case is a disaster."

Trump also said that the "agitators" involved in the anti-Israel protests at universities around the country should be treated like the "J-6" hostages, a reference to January 6.

"It's not easy standing there all day waiting but you're hearing the same things we're hearing," he said. "On another matter as you know, it's Biden's backers that seem to be funding what's going on with the Palestinians, probably not Palestinians, but agitators, bad agitators, really bad.

"I think our government ought to find out who they are, where they're from and treat them the same way as they do the J-6 hostages. You have to treat them the same way. They're agitators, they're really hurting our country, it's happening all over the country in cities. You saw what happened last night at the Metropolitan Museum -- these are agitators, and some of the colleges. I think it's about 20 percent students and 80 percent others. So this is a big problem and they better nip it in the bud."

Judge admits Stormy Daniels ‘difficult to control’ on witness stand as he denies Trump’s bid for hush money mistrial

By Ben Kochman , Kyle Schnitzer and Priscilla DeGregory

Donald Trump’s bid for a mistrial over Stormy Daniels’ salacious testimony Tuesday was denied by the judge — who still noted the former adult film star was a “difficult” witness for prosecutors to control.

The former president’s lawyer Todd Blanche after the lunch break at trial asked Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan to toss the case, claiming Daniels’ testimony about a tryst she allegedly had with Trump in 2006 was “prejudicial” to him.

While Merchan denied the motion, he acknowledged, “there are some things that would have been better left unsaid.”

Meanwhile, Trump appears to be reclined back in his seat sitting between Emil Bove and Todd Blanche.
