Newark must produce a list of documents related to its $100 million public-schools pledge from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
A judge issued the ruling yesterday as part of a lawsuit brought by a group representing Newark schoolchildren that is seeking more transparency about the donation.
New Jersey’s largest city initially said no documents existed, and if they did, the correspondence was privileged.
