A teacher arrested was yesterday for allegedly molesting a teenage girl he tutored outside of school, sources said.

Akmal Parwez, 64, allegedly abused the 15-year-old girl on two occasions in her Manhattan apartment, according to a law-enforcement source.

The girl, who was being home- schooled for medical reasons, alerted her parents, who then notified authorities.

Parwez, who works with the city’s Department of Education, tutors special-needs children at their homes.

He was charged with sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a minor.
