The head of a nonprofit that helps run Brooklyn parks has been ousted by her board — and now she’s going to lose her job as a Parks Department administrator.

Stephanie Thayer, director of the Open Space Alliance of North Brooklyn, got her walking papers 10 days ago.

“There was a feeling that we needed new leadership,” board chair Steve Hindy said.

First Deputy Parks Commissioner Liam Kavanagh said Thayer also must give up her job as parks administrator for north Brooklyn because the OSA and the department are partners.

Kavanagh said his agency had no issue with Thayer’s performance.
