Two brutes were busted Tuesday in the deadly baseball bat beating and stabbing of a Rhode Island man near Times Square, cops said.
Alagie Jatta, 29, and Paul Ohore, 32, both of the Bronx, were picked up on warrants around 6:50 a.m. and charged with murder in the brutal Nov. 24 attack on Daevon Silva, 23, authorities said.
Silva, of Pawtucket, was bashed with the bat and then stabbed in the back and right thigh just after 1 a.m. near West 49th Street and Seventh Avenue, cops said.

Sources said Tuesday the violence may have been an act of retaliation for something that happened the night before, though specific details on the previous incident were unclear.
At least one of the suspects knew Silva and got into a dust-up with him that escalated into deadly violence, sources said in November. The sources also initially pointed to a potential drug-related motive.

He was granted conditional discharge on Oct. 28 after pleading guilty in August 2023 to second-degree assault for stabbing his 55-year-old roommate in the Bronx.
“I want you to leave,” he had told the older man during the February 2022 incident, prompting the roommate to phone the landlord. The call sent Jatta into a rage – and he pulled out a knife, stabbing the victim multiple times, according to cops and court documents.
The roommate needed stitches to close bleeding wounds on his face and stomach, and a cut on his hand he sustained while trying to block the blade, according to the complaint.

Ohore was last busted in 2019 for driving with suspended registration, and has two other prior arrests for gun possession, police said.
