Two people were busted for the stray-bullet shooting of a 7-year-old outside of a Bronx housing project, police said Thursday.

Manuel Colon, 31, and Keyshawn Williams, 21, were arrested for the June 5 shootout that left the boy wounded outside the Millbrook Houses in Mott Haven, cops said.

Colon, who goes by the street name “Pacman,” was hit with attempted murder, assault, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment charges.

Williams was charged with attempted assault, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment, cops said.

Colon has five prior arrests, a police source said, including one for a shooting and robbery in 2011.

In that caper, Colon and several other accomplices shot a man in the hand in Washington Heights after jumping him, then sped off in a stolen car and crashed into a responding ambulance, the source said.

Williams has one prior arrest from last year for jumping out of a police car after cops had cuffed him after he side swiped another car while driving, a law-enforcement source said.
