Two city workers were shot with a BB gun at a lower Manhattan housing development Saturday morning, police said.

A NYCHA and a city sanitation employee were struck about 10 a.m. at NYCHA’s Gompers Houses near Pitt and Rivington streets in the Lower East Side, police said.

“There was basically a sniper hiding in the window… and he was taking potshots at us,” the sanitation worker told reporters.

“I’m all right though, I survived,” added the worker, who said he was pelted in the back of the head.

Both workers refused medical attention.

Cops were still searching for the shooter as of Saturday afternoon.
