Two men were critically hurt early Saturday when the dirtbike they were riding on rear-ended a city FDNY/EMS ambulance in Queens, police said.
The victims, which included a 24-year-old, were rushed to Elmhurst Hospital with head trauma following the 12:15 a.m. crash on 34th Avenue and 80th Street, cops said.
The operator of the dirtbike was “possibly” speeding westbound on 34th Avenue when it entered the intersection of 80th Street and struck the rear driver’s side of the ambulance, an NYPD spokeswoman said.
