Two separate drunken-driving accidents on Staten Island left one person dead and another in extremely critical condition, police said.

Jared Reifschneider, 27, went the wrong way on a Staten Island Expressway exit ramp at 2 a.m., and struck another car, cops said.

Raffaella Russo, 29, died instantly. Reifschneider was charged with DWI and criminally negligent homicide.

About four hours later, Robert Carrigan slammed into a utility pole on Amboy Road, cops said.

One passenger, Dean Goff, 22, was gravely injured, sources said.

Carrigan, 23 was charged with DWI.
