A five-alarm blaze in a Greenwich Village building left two firefighters hurt and a Chinese restaurant damaged, officials said.

The episode unfolded shortly after midnight at 163 Bleecker Street, a two-story building which includes a Uncle Ted’s Chinese Cuisine on the ground floor and a yoga studio above.

The FDNY blamed outdated building construction, including tin ceilings, for making it touch for them to put out the flames

Two firefighters were treated and transported to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries, the FDNY said, adding the cause of the fire is under investigation.
