A Brooklyn man and woman have been found dead early Thursday at a Park Slope home in what authorities are investigating as a murder-suicide, cops said.

Officers responded to a call at the apartment at 2nd Street and 5th Avenue shortly after 1 a.m. Thursday and found two individuals — a 34-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man —  “unresponsive and unconscious,” law enforcement sources said.

Both individuals had gunshot wounds to the head and were pronounced dead at the scene, sources explained.

The man’s injury appeared to be self-inflicted, and there was a firearm next to his body.

The troubling incident remains under investigation, law enforcement sources noted.

The identities of the deceased individuals have not been shared publicly pending family notification.
