Two men were injured, one critically, when a wall collapsed at a waste facility in Queens on Saturday morning, authorities said.
The weakened wall gave way at about 7:15 a.m. inside Royal Waste Services on Hollis Avenue in Queens Village.
The two men, 34 and 40, were transported to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, police said. One victim was in critical but stable condition, authorities said.
The building has active violations against it and was issued a partial vacate order in 2014 to inspect whether a fire at the location had affected the structural stability, city records show.
