Two people were killed and two hurt in three separate shootings overnight across the city, according to preliminary police reports Saturday.

A 28-year-old man was fatally shot in the chest and a 35-year-old hit in the torso at the corner of Merritt and Tillotson avenues in the Eastchester section of the Bronx around 3:30 a.m., police said.

The NYPD said the two men were leaving a nightclub when the gunfire rang out. The 35-year-old was taken to Jacobi Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, police said. There are no arrests.

Shortly before 3 a.m., less than a mile away in the Bronx, a 55-year-old man was shot in the chest and right leg at the corner of DeReimer Avenue and Boston Road. EMS responded to the scene and transported the victim to Jacobi Medical where he was pronounced dead, police said. The investigation is ongoing.

Police also reported a man shot on the right side of his chest on Ninth Avenue and West 203rd St. in Washington Heights around 1:40 a.m. The wounded man was taken to Lincoln Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, cops said. The NYPD said the suspect fled in a gray vehicle and it’s not known whether the victim was the intended target.
