Two men were shot in the head Saturday across the Big Apple, police said.
The first shooting happened in the Bronx, at East 149th Street near Timpson Place in Mott Haven at 5:26 a.m., but the 29-year-old victim escaped serious injury, cops said.
He walked into Lincoln Hospital, where he was treated for a graze wound, and gave cops no information about the shooter, police said.
At around 1 p.m. in Brooklyn, police responded to the corner of East 103rd Street and Glenwood Road in Canarsie and found a 19-year-old man on the ground with a single shot to the head, the NYPD said.

The unidentified victim was rushed to Brookdale Hospital and is not expected to survive, police said. No other details were immediately available.
