Two men were injured in separate shootings in Staten Island overnight, cops said.
A 39-year-old man was shot in the knee during a dispute on Targee Street near Laurel Avenue in Clifton around 1 a.m. Friday, police said.
He is listed in stable condition.
He told police he knew the gunman, authorities said.
About 90 minutes earlier, a 28-year-old man was shot in the left shin at Richmond Road and Buel Avenue in Dongan Hills, cops said.
He described hearing shots and feeling pain. It is unclear if he knew the shooter or if he was the intended target.
He was taken to the same hospital, also with non-life-threatening injuries.
No arrests have been made in either incident.
