Two men, believed to be a father and son, were stabbed in an apparently unprovoked attack while walking in Brownsville Friday afternoon, officials said.

The pair, 47 and 21 years old, were walking near the intersection of Pitkin Avenue and Thomas S. Boyland Street in Brooklyn around 2:15 p.m. when they were set upon by two strangers, according to police.

The two men were taken to Brookdale Hospital, where the 21-year-old was listed in critical condition and the 47-year-old was stable, cops said.

The two suspects fled eastbound on Pitken Avenue, police said.
